- Fixed lots of bugs in Xee Status bar, Image Sequences, opening single images, sketching, fullscreen mode, quick export, and Media Browser
- After a Sparkle upgrade, previously opened documents will automatically re-open.
- Added Open URL... menu item
- Added precise cursor support, which can be enabled in preferences. (It's off by default.) For now, they don't work correctly in fullscreen mode.
- As a security measure, files open via the browser using the XML plugin will now always be opened as read-only.
- The timeline will now display time in the same format as the pull-down menu time display.

Changes in Milestone 8 (80)
- Basic Movie Sequence support. Use the "Open Movie Sequence..." menu item, or select multiple files in browser.
- Compatibility with Mac OS X 10.5 Leopard
- Improvements to drag & drop of movie frame
- The time display is now a drop-down menu that can be set to timecode or frame count
- Preliminary support for using the qtsketch:// resource. Links from a web browser should now open.
- Many Browser improvements
- Browser now remembers it's visibility across relaunches. (i.e. if the browser was open when you quit, it will be open the next time you run QTSketch)
- Fixed a few XML parsing related crashing bugs
- Most recent XML URLs are now remembered, and can be quickly retrieved
- Browser is no longer a floating window. This means it will no longer appear in front of newly opened movies, and it is now visible even while QTSketch is in the background.
- A progress bar is now shown while opening movies across a network
- Sketch brush size & color, and eraser size are now remembered across quitting and relaunchings
